At Stepping Stones Counselling, we offer a welcoming, comfortable, and professional setting where you can feel heard and supported. Our qualified counsellors work alongside you at your own pace, helping you gain insight, build resilience, and move towards the positive changes you would like to make in your life. We are committed to providing a compassionate, respectful, and non-judgemental service.
We provide counselling for children, young people and adults. We understand that no two people are the same, which is why we offer a personalised approach to counselling. Our experienced team will work alongside you, helping you navigate life's difficulties in a way that suits your needs and goals.
We offer flexible daytime and evening appointments, either face-to-face or by telephone. We are based near Folkestone, with on site parking.

Robyn Sawyer
Counsellor
Robyn is a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She has experience working with adults, young people, and children in both private practice and educational settings, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and personal challenges.
Robyn works from a person-centred approach, believing that every individual has the capacity for growth, self-understanding, and positive change. By placing the client at the heart of the counselling process, she provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace.
She is passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect, helping clients feel heard, valued, and understood.
